CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to an increase in late cancellations or no-show appointments we have been sadly forced to instate new policies regarding your appointments.

​

We understand that occasionally clients may need to cancel or rearrange appointments but we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 HOURS NOTICE where possible.

​

Failure to do so may result in you being charged 50% for your appointment or 100% if cancelled on the day depending on the circumstances and cancellation reason.

​

This is not something we like to enforce but is necessary given the current climate.
